Return Policy
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Helmets are sent out in bubble wrap and ask for them to be packed using the same wrap to prevent any damage that could result in a refund not being processed.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Helmets must be unmarked, never worn on public roads and in the condition they were received.
  • Items must be sent back at customers expense and recommend using  signed for delivery service as open face helmets are not resposible for lost or damaged helmets.
  • A refund will be processed upon receiving the helmet.  We refund the price of the helmet but not the postage paid.  If you are sending the helmet back to exchange for another size, you pay for the postage back to us and we will then send the replacement postage free.
